WR is overall an extremely versatile hero, and also requires few items to be effective at a given role. This means she can solo a hard lane and even win it (played by a good enough player), she can support a trilane, just pull for a carry or roam the map for ganks, all very effectively. In the late game she has powerful anti-push that fits perfectly into a split push type of lineup, considering you will have at all times 1 or 2 heroes that aren't immediately cooperating with defense, as was the case with NTH's lineup in this game.
In a draft, she's often a strong mid draft pick solely for the fact that she says so little about what your draft is about, overall a sort of jack of all trades hero, she's good at everything and can fit into almost any type of lineup, but excels at pretty much nothing.

General and Admiral have the same pay grade in America (O-10). Basically they're the same rank, but the Navy has admirals whereas the other three branches have Generals. Just different names for the same thing.

This isn't true. Fleet admiral hasn't been used in a very long time (like WW2) and you're missing Vice Admiral. Nobody has been a five star in any branch of the US military in a long time.

I thought Admiral is more of a Navy term eg. Admiral of a fleet. Similar standing to a General of an Army.
Thats how it is in the Canadian Military (which is a take on the British, if I recall) - Admiral and General are the same rank, just different element. There is nothing higher than those, other than appointments/titles (which isnt really ranks)
