Everybody always says Xboct is the weakest link but he's carried them so hard through both these games. He played so extremely well this game, being n01 farm with 3 alliance following him, so all the pressure was on him. He's a top carry without a doubt.

Hvost almost caused them to lose. I don't see how anyone can say that Hvost was the reason why they won when KKY the last game was the one catching S4 twice in key moments.

Kuroky probably made the clutch plays that won Na`Vi the game at the end but XBOCT definitely played well this game.

No. Def not. There were alot of key moments where Hvost almost lost them the game. He got bailed out massively by KKY and Dendi when he got caught a couple of times being way too aggressive as usual.

S4 just massively choked a couple of key moments.

I wouldn't say lost, but i hope Na'Vi keeps banning Naga and Chen.

Actually they might do something funky with KotL, since Alliance could pick KotL/PL in the second pick phase....

i believe navi banned kotl on second ban phase last 2 games

Definitely. But if they pick Kotl and PL so early, i wonder if Na'Vi can prepare for that. If they pick kotl but no PL, they are banning PL for sure.

Banning KotL's more important. If Alliance gets him and PL is banned, there are many more carries that can fill his niche, but Recall is one of a kind.

Definitely.

Upper Bracket giving no advantage is ridiculous quite frankly.

Valve and the dota world disagree with you, but you can email then your suggestion for the next international.

Oh, the Dota world. You speak for the Dota world, I presume?

If Alliance loose the game, they're gonna be kicking themselves for that troll draft in game 2. They should have went with their best lineup, hopefully crush Na'vi and that would won the tournament. But instead they got destroyed, gave Na'Vi a bunch of confidence and now its Alliance that are worried.

Edit: Lol at the commentators saying Puppey has figured them out when they were saying after Game 1 that he had no idea how to play vs Alliance

Nobody said anything about solo mid Wisp.

Doesnt upper bracket help you at all?

Nope, it was like that last 2 TIs, but not this one for some odd reason.

While an upper bracket advantage may be fairer in for the teams, having a completely neutral start is a better spectacle for the fans, rather than having a huge amount of hype for what could be just two games. Valve also greatly increased the percentage of the prizepool that second place receives which sort of balances it out.

You would make it a Bo7 with an advantage, not a Bo5 with an advantage... It generally always is +1 more game to win when you give an advantage.

That becomes an overwhelming advantage for the WB team, as LB has to play a potential 10 championship games consecutively. Little much.
