UB didn't have advantage last time, only at the first TI. If the LB team wins again Valve might reconsider getting back the 1-0 UB again. This way, you can lose the tournament by losing one series, which is exactly what double elimination wants to avoid. Not saying that would be different with the 1-0 advantage, but it would help.

Definitely. But if they pick Kotl and PL so early, i wonder if Na'Vi can prepare for that. If they pick kotl but no PL, they are banning PL for sure.

You would make it a Bo7 with an advantage, not a Bo5 with an advantage... It generally always is +1 more game to win when you give an advantage.

Banning KotL's more important. If Alliance gets him and PL is banned, there are many more carries that can fill his niche, but Recall is one of a kind.
