Of which about 80% have come after the patch, what's your point?
I realize the teams are still adjusting and it's way too early to call any form of imbalance (VG drafted brilliantly and DK's draft looked completely lost), but it remains that this is just terrible to watch. You put 5 heroes together and fire spells in the other direction until all the buildings crumble. At least there was some tension in split push games.

Well, I think it's the first time ever that I read someone find this "terrible to watch", that's all.
For tinker, I think he dies too fast to ward, and push strats like this make it very easy to buy some bladmails too.

Split pushing is boring when no one is fighting. And it continues to get annoying to watch Rat DotA all day.
I prefer seeing games end fast unless the game deserves to go late. I despise NP constantly getting picked and win simply because of a team cannot deal with it properly. Split pushing gets too annoying to constantly watch, it's a reason why IceFrog nerfed it.

Puck and invoker might have been a consideration as well. Phoenix would have ruled here <3. Support WR.
Beyond Kotl, something like WR+Puck/Krob (probably Puck) are like the best long range + short CD antipush you can get. It really discourages the enemy team from too heavy tower pushing. WR also deals with Timber a lot better than most supports.

Ancient Apparition is actually stupidly good against this kind of strat, but was very smartly banned. Still, a phase 2 kotl/AA ban is ridiculously telling and it's really disappointing that veno was the best that DK could come up with against what was essentially a fully telegraphed strat.

This is going to be 3 solos and 2 roamers for LGD more or less probably. That should be interesting.
