But the Chinese are more strict about staying on schedule. Then they should use a structure in which tie-breaker arent possible in the first place, timerating is so stupid, i have no comprehension for it

And hex magically wins you fights as if there's not also the fact that the other team has superior initiation, has more farm, has ultimates that can take 2 heroes straight out of fights, and can just buy bkb's. You're out of your mind. I said they could have gotten 4 hexes if they really wanted, in which the 4th hex on Clock would have been on reasonable timing if he didnt keep getting caught and killed so quickly every team fight. With 3/4 hexes A won't lose their teamfight so quickly like that. They simply didn't realize that ES rape their lineup+necros+chen creeps so damn hard, 1 dunk and the fights were over, rinse and repeat. Clock should have cut in on ES everytime. Despite all that, A still managed to kill weaver a few times or nearly kill weaver, or kill off half of sigma team in almost all team fights (until the last 2/3 fights). I would say the game would look different if A at least got 2 hexes, with some luck and nice engagement all they need to do is kill weaver and es. Think of that they killed weaver one time and if they had 2 hexes they would force fight and take that bottom t3+raxes easily.

They've actually been being more versatile lately; they've gone back to giving Silent ranged agi heroes sometimes, or something like 2-3 semicarries.
