In pubs a decent Meepo that isn't counterpicked is really infuriating to play against.

It's not really clear if we've seen the extent of his Hero pool though. Some of the off heros he's played like Ember and Luna he has lost with, but still put up pretty decent stats considering and those were against EG and DK respectively.
