...depends on your items??? You mean if you are both naked? Or what?
It can be done by level 7 for sure, but again, depends on your items.

^ This is exactly what he's asking... He's asking what kind of items/level you need to have in order to do it.
Sorry that I can't give an answer to it though =(

Sorry that I can't give an answer to it though =( Could probably be answered just by mathing it out, but at the moment kind of lazy.

God.. is this CW thing a western thing.. I only ever heard it used as such in TL and Reddit. CW has always been for bradwarden <3
Clockwerk was CG but then riot removed the goblin suffix.. too imba.. :S

after i'm playing now more SD games as there is much less flaming and (at least i feel that) more nice people i ran into several questions lately:
- what role does doom has in the game? i had now 2-3 games with him as an ally (i dont know the player as i almost always play solo) and i'm wondering what role he is supposed to play? i tried to babysit him as like a carry but it didnt feel later on that he can ditch out much dmg. is he a kind of support melee with getting an aura from neutrals + his ulti long-time-silence?
- yesterday i played with a friend and we ended up PL + lion on bot lane. first we thought wow great, with that combo, stun, manadrain, hex + his slow its great but we got wrecked on the lane by razor and kunkka. we tried to dodge tidebringer but it has a pretty huge range and as we closed in again, razor hit is circle dmg thing as we wanted to get some last hits (even under our tower). and kunkka didnt care about tower and just ran in, hit a creep once for tide and backed up again till the waves were out of tower range again. but we never got any chance to get some farm? what to do in pubs in this situation? like what lane would be doing good vs them?
- how to deal in SD games with lifestealer? its problematic b/c you cant e.g. pick bane vs him or maybe naga to gank him so its often likely to have just some cc spells and when he is raged not much can stop him (especially when going for supports). is there any solution to this? ghost scepter later on i guess is something nice for supports but doesnt help bringing him down. does heavens halbert go through rage? it seems that when the opponents have him, the game is most likely lost if the player is somewhat good.
- can you forcestaff an ally out of chronosphere? or void itself and does that help or do they get stuck at the edge?
- does the "linkthing" (dont know the exact name) of warlock stop salves/bottle charges when used if one of the affected targets get dmg?
thanks in advance and sorry for the "wall" of questions :$

The only question I can answer off the top of my head is the chrono one. No you cannot force an ally out of chrono (it actually doesn't do anything at all but put your force on cooldown). You CAN however, force the void.

Warlock's "linkthing" is called Fatal Bonds, and if I remember correctly, it does not cancel flask/clarity/bottle.

Does the Troll Warlord's net go through Rage? It goes through BKB. Funny thing you mention Doom and Naix in the same post because if Troll Warlord's net go through Rage, then have Doom eat one and you have a small counter to Naix right there.
Or pick Chen and win before 20 min. Works every time!

thanks already for the answers to some questions so many things to learn and note

Okfor Weaver when do you max germinate and max swarm? I always max germinate with 1 level of bugs for diving tower. Besides that I have no idea how good swarm is lol
|
It's very strong. Max it if you plan to participate in early fights, max Geminate if you plan to splitpush/farm.

For solo roshan with Lone druid You have to be 9+ stout / phase on bear tranquil on you CD bear UP

not as fast as a lycan or ursa for sure

I see doom as more of hard carry tanky hero. You build him so that he can out live the enemy teams, but in order to achieve this he need a lot of farm (Heart+BKB+Radiance+damage item) then doom 1 person which at level3+agh deal 1760 damage, and move around in team fights dealing aoe damage with his Scroched Earth+Radiance and occasionally critting some enemy hero
also his Lvl? nuke scale with enemy's max HP

Usually AC or Shivas.

thanks in advance and sorry for the "wall" of questions :$ - Doom imo is a midgame carry/ganker, you should tank up (armor is important here) and be annoying in teamfights. There's a nice guide by Jeyo I think on Dotahut.
- Get enough reg against their harass, and hit the Kunkka when he comes in for Tide hits, also feel free to give an Impale for good measure, but don't spam it too much (mana management). Manadrain is weak and should be skipped in favor of Hex. As long as he isn't full hp all the time he has to be careful because Impale Hex Lance + autoattacks is quite dangerous.
- Ghost/Force, not much more to say, you have to kite him when he's in Rage.
- No, you can't force allies out anymore.
- No afaik.

ok another more general thing that poped into my mind: as i most likely end up playing a support (as all others tend to pick carrys or play even supports as carrys) i get in a lot of trouble mid/lategame when i'm in the wrong place during fights and with mostly boots, 1x bracers, mek i am an "easiest kill of his life" for most carrys. what i'm asking myself is: what can i do better? i try (ofc try, i'm no pro or anything :D) to babysit my lane partner till i have the feeling he can survive 1-2 mins alone and try to set up a gank. and when i notice we kill the enemy i stop attacking and just try to get aggro of tower/creeps so my ally gets the kill / doesnt die of creeps/towers. my income is ofc pretty low, i just focus to lasthit creeps that the carry will never be able to kill or i just try to "steal" some last hits e.g. when wards are going down and i have no money. so mainly assist gold + towers (and i try to have all my gold at reliable gold - on this part thank you very much for the guide here on tl; i have never heard of that before - and spend the other gold) but after some 25 misn or so (say first shadowblade is out for enemys / more teamfights happen) i have difficulties to survive and not "feed". i noticed lately that ghost scepter is a nice 4sec "out-of-jail" card but is there anything that i can do else except to really really be on top of my position? any item that i maybe have never seen that could help? i hope this is now not too general.

It's really mostly about game sense (when to gank where, whom to focus, positioning in fights, what items to get etc.) which comes from experience. Watching good players and trying to figure why they do the things they do helps too.
Cheap and effective survivability items are Ghost, Force and Eul's to some degree, but sometimes you simply need raw HP more than anything (Drum, Vit/Pointbooster, Halberd). Also, this is a nice read http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=402655 and should make it easier to afford said survivability items.
and when i notice we kill the enemy i stop attacking and just try to get aggro of tower/creeps so my ally gets the kill / doesnt die of creeps/towers. I'd generally advice against it. Even if you are sure you have the kill something unforeseeable might happen or you just could've misjudged the situation. Better get the lasthit than letting the enemy survive.
