So with Tiny, you have the Avalanche->Toss->Avalanche combo if you land it right, meaning the opponent gets hit by the rocks 2x and takes the damage twice.

My question is, does this maybe work with a low level Telekenesis from Rubick or any other hero?

No, the double damage from avalanche while under the effect of toss is a specific multiplier from the effects of the two spells - it doesn't have to do with the hero being in the air.

Edit: I actually am not 100% sure about this. Can anyone confirm?

This is correct in DotA 2 (don't remember in DotA 1). Avalanche ticks are hard-coded to do double damage to a tossed unit.

An interesting note is that this actually causes a buggy interaction with Toss and Avalanche (doesn't happen in DotA 1)--if you Toss too quickly after your Avalanche, the Toss will finish before the last tick of Avalanche damage, which means you won't get double damage on the last tick of Avalanche. You get the most damage if you Avalanche, wait a split second, THEN Toss (making sure that you cast Toss before the first tick of Avalanche damage).

It also means that Toss->Ava does less damage than Ava->Toss in DotA 2 (Toss first means your Toss ends with 2 ticks of Avalanche left) when IIRC in DotA 1 they're supposed to be the same.

How exactly does tether stun work? Let's say CK stuns someone and we run over and keep tether on top of him, will he get stunned again as soon as CK's stun end? What if I stun him with tether and just keep it there, for how long will he be immune to a new tether stun?

Thether stuns once per tether instance(per cast from wisp), Stuns don't stack at all so if he's already stunned it won't wait for the stun to end

Yes, Ursa is actually very competent in the jungle due to fury swipes stacking indefinitely and also overpower(although using overpower on neutrals is mana inefficient). If the safe lane has a good disabler, you can also get a pretty easy gank at lvl 3-4, letting you get vlads a lot faster.

Question: how early can ursa actually solo rosh? Is it just as soon as you get Vlads?

Eh? I remember an video where 4 people ganked an SF and right when tiny tossed him he instantly blew them all up with his ult. I just assumed that people in the air do and receive double damage, or is this some buggy interaction with requiem of souls?

Actually looking at the video, he had level 2 ultimate with 36 souls and the gankers were all beside him with less than max hp, so he probably just killed them normally.

i need some advice for Crystal Maiden

how to skill her?
(i tried 1E, max W, Q and ulti last)

Items?
since shes support, i go courier, arcane, wards, forcestaff
(havent been able to get her into late game so far, im 0-5 with her. Shadowblade might be useful for safe ulti-channel)

how would you combo her skills?
nova first and stun after it?
ulti + invis in teamfights?

CM is a hero i havent got used to yet.
all other heros i play usually have stun/disable and a nice nuke (atm favs are nyx and lion), she is sth different from that ..

Most people go nova first against enemies without escape skills. There's no universal answer to her skillbuild, especially now that aura got changed. Nova is better if you need aoe. Frostbite is better for holding them in place (so your lane is stronger and you're going for kills). Aura is good if your allies need mana and you don't mind sacrificing lane presence.
Before the buff, people would rather get arcanes on some heroes then waste valuable skill points in aura.

Arcane boots first cm in pubs seems like you're asking to die. You're better off getting hp so you have more time to do something useful in fights than saving for force staff/energy boosters.

everything is situational in this game. I just played a game where I was shadowfiend top vs a solo razor. If it wasn't for crystal maiden's aura I wan't going to be able to win the game with constant raze harass. But at the same time if CM is laning with say anti mage and a WR is suicing top, then there's no point in leveling aura beyond level 1, as you every skill point on your offensive abilities will help you win the lane for your carry.

Items are very situational too, sometimes your team needs 3 arcane boots, and sometimes 1 do the job just fine. Remember that arcane boots is for your team, not for you. Boots for CM I like to get arcane since it gives movespeed and heal.

If the enemy team has naix or ursa, a forcestaff might be useful. Just use your brain.

Honestly with Aura + Urn, Arcanes is a waste, especially after the buff that gave aura double effect on yourself. Tranquils are much better for you--CM's low base movespeed essentially requires the higher MS of Tranquils (Phase Boots were common on her before Tranquils got added to the game, but everything about Tranquils makes them good for her).

Even if you're going for kills, Nova is typically better because its damage scales much harder than Frostbite, and typically in early game kills, having that higher burst damage makes more of a difference than the fact that 0.5-1 second longer Frostbite is stronger than 0.5-1 second longer Nova (Frostbite gains 70 damage every 2 ranks, Nova gains 50 damage every rank).

Is getting ulti so early viable? I usually max other skills before going freezing field and even then I hardly have the mana to pull it off. Also, I find the explosions from it kind of unreliable,sometimes it doesn't hit the hero at all even if I'm standing right next to him.

it doesn't cost that much mana at lv1 and it does massive amounts of damage
