If they have heroes that I'm not going to be able to get away from with Phase active I go Treads as it's the better DPS boot due to the attack speed, and the extra HP from strength Treads might give you an extra moment to live in clutch situations. Phase are also traditionally the lane dominator boots so if you feel like neither is particularly crucial in teamfights you can itemise to just win your lane more instead. | ||
