Yes you can see your CS ingame, check bottom right corner of the screen (here "LH/D" is written : "Last hit / Deny").

I don't think you can see allied CS (imagine the flaming in pub if you could ^^)

Minor correction: Winter Wyvern doesn't have flying vision during Arctic Burn, only flying movement.

How much would items with inscribed gems go for in the market? For example you have a ward with inscribed wards placed (lets say it's at 3.6k count right now), how much would the gem up the value of the item?

depends on the ward - around 20 cents for low end wards, 40-50 for middle range wards, and a bit more for the rarer wards (for example the inscribed puck ward costs nearly 3 dollars more than the vanilla ward). i don't think people place any value on the count on the gem itself.

is the entire ult's damage scaled up, even after the rage wears off? how does it work?

I was watching SingSing and he manages to block creep while keeping his cursor in the middle of the screen (no dragging cursor to the edge of screen to move screen).

How is this done? Does he move screen with arrow keys? The movement seems way too smooth for that.

Depends on what you saw. You can drag the screen with a hotkey+drag (Sing doesn't use edge-pan so this is his default way of moving the camera), but you can also double-click+hold your self-select hotkey, which locks the camera on you for the duration of your keypress.

There may be another way to lock camera I don't know about.

Usually done by doubleclick-and-hold on select-self to lock the screen on your hero.

No there was a time when headshot procs could miss, it was added intentionally.

6.76:
Headshot
Attacks which proc can no longer miss to evasion or blind effects.
Increased proc chance from 25%/30%/35%/40% to 40% on each level.
Rescaled damage from 30/45/60/75 to 15/40/65/90.
Increased stun duration from 0.01/0.1/0.2/0.2 to 0.25 on each level.

From the Ghastly Eyrie I can see to the ends of the world, and from this vantage point I declare with utter certainty that this one is in the bag!

You can also double click your hero portrait which locks the camera to your hero until you break it by edge panning, this has some leeway where it doesn't lock your hero directly in the center of the screen. You can kind of position your camera relative to your hero and it stays there until you break it.

Personally I favour Phase only if I think the move speed is actually going to be enough to help me stay safe.

If they have heroes that I'm not going to be able to get away from with Phase active I go Treads as it's the better DPS boot due to the attack speed, and the extra HP from strength Treads might give you an extra moment to live in clutch situations.

Phase are also traditionally the lane dominator boots so if you feel like neither is particularly crucial in teamfights you can itemise to just win your lane more instead.
