I saw Fear get a skadi on drow earlier today. I didn't think that they stacked. Do they? or was Fear just going to get lifesteal next?

Frost arrows doesn't slow attack speed; I don't know why you'd prioritize that on drow (though skadi does have good stats), but that's probably the reason. You can't stack them in the same shot, but you don't need to apply frost arrows all the time or every shot anyways.

By the time Drow gets Skadi, she can alternate between manual Frost Arrows and another orb such as Skadi and still keep 100% Frost Arrow uptime on a single target. But do the move speed slows stack?

Isnt it more logical to get deso if you want an unique modifier? Then you can switch between minusarmour and a slow.

you don't want a UAM at all, you just want survivability and raw agility for ur aura. So skadi is a ton of hp and a ton of agi, and make sense in some circumstances (generally after manta, and often after bfly/satanic too). The UAM is a fringe benefit at best on drow, if it didn't exist whatsoever you'd still buy the item exactly as many times.

The big reasons Skadi is really good on Drow is:

+ Huge amount of agility / stamina. After Bfly there aren't any super obvious itemchoices. A lot of people like Manta / SnY for the movement speed + extra agility but it's flexible.

+ Skadi goes through bkb (frost arrows does not) + it's a really good debuff. The attack speed slow is a reverse Beastmaster buff.

+ Frost arrows doesn't stack with lifesteal. Skadi however does and lifesteal is so important on Drow
