It's really frustrating and definitely detracts from the viewing experience. As a programmer I hate when people criticize problems like this by saying "this should be easy to fix" but I'm surprised that Valve hasn't invested more time into fixing this given how annoying it is and the fact that it really doesn't strike me as that hard of a problem relative to a lot of the things they've been able to do with Dota 2.

I dispute that there is substantial value to attempting to time your chilling touch to coincide with an ally finishing an auto since u prolly need to be getting in all ur autos as well. PS: does anybody else always try to get themselves in chilling touch aoe for no reason? cuz I sure do even though u always get the buff rofl.

Afaik you need 3 points for your pull target to proc a remnant that you just planted from the same location. That's assuming a pull from max range. If you are pulling from closer than max range, you don't need 3 ranks necessarily.

Well the specific case would be getting off a big auto-attack to open up the aggression then being able to follow it immediately with a stun + AA's auto-attack. Like if you're coming in from the side as AA having your ally attack the enemy then chilling touch seems like it could be beneficial to sneak another attack in. Mostly I was just curious though and I like odd mechanical questions. Like can Jugg deal the chilling touch bonus damage with blade fury auto-attacks (which normally deal 0 damage)? I suppose that just comes down to whether or not the buff persists when Jugg pops bladefury.

not sure if u get chilling touch in blade fury and/or if casting bladefury would purge it off u tho so it might never work also u have to stop to frontswing the attack bit and u'd stop longer with chilling touch so it's probably bad in most chasing the baddy situations.

Blade Fury autoattacks essentially treat your *damage* as zero. Things that don't key off your autoattack damage (Mael/Mjoll, Diffusal, MKB) still do damage as normal. Not sure which ones got fixed.

If ur talking about ur offlaner vs him as a support he has no slow/stun so just dont die its ez Midgame, "the tombstone counter" is gyro flak cannon cuz it kills them all (also bristle quills afaik?) but realistically just don't fight him ever midgame. Pick stuff like furion who can just rat them and tp out if he comes to fight. And other heroes that can abuse his lack of disable to just run away.
