Jerax on WW: 22-7 (75.9%) Jerax on Tusk: 21-8 (72.4%) Jerax overall : 72-38 (65.5%) Jerax not on tusk/ww: 29-23 (54.7%) It's pretty clearly a big weakness. In 6.56 ww was nuked, tusk got some small nerfs, and they opened ES. So now he can be a little less effective tusk, or a pretty good ES, and then you fall to hero pools where he has a 50% winrate, which is a problem for a team trying to reach that top tier. He plays those 2 heroes really well, but I think it is almost backfiring in the draft in that instead of forcing bans, its forcing TL into the picks very early, and sometimes into sub-optimal drafts. They need to be able to capitalize on what should be drafting strengths more imo. | ||

First picking ES or Tusk is perfectly fine given the impact Jerax consistently has with either of the two heroes, and if both get banned, then it's on the rest of the team and the draft to take advantage of that. Jerax can always play simple heroes like Venge or Dazzle in that scenario anyway. | ||

So I guess what I'm trying to say is that picking signature heroes isn't autowin just because the player is good. Its the overall plan that matters. | ||
