Loda should be the captain and leader and create some order in the team or give up the leadership all togther and let someone else lead them | ||

He isn't the best drafter out there (but carries usually aren't) but until they pick someone up who can draft and lead them I think he should try at least. | ||

He is not good at leading. But his ego and status demand such control. I think he should just step back and play. Leave the decision making to the appointed captain. | ||
