Hello Team Liquid,
I'm BAMART, a creator from South Korea.
As many of you know, South Korea has always had a special passion for StarCraft. Even though it's been almost 30 years since the release of StarCraft, many of the boys who grew up playing it are now middle-aged men who still dream of seeing StarCraft brought to life as a movie.
With that in mind, I decided to create a fan-made cinematic featuring a large-scale space battle between Battlecruisers and Carrier fleets for fellow longtime StarCraft fans. My skills are still far from perfect, but I wanted to make something that captures the excitement and imagination we've carried for all these years.
There have been many fan projects focused on ground battles, but references for large-scale space warfare were surprisingly hard to find, so recreating it was quite a challenge. Still, I had a lot of fun working on it.
I understand that many people have mixed feelings about AI-generated content. However, my intention was simply to reimagine the StarCraft universe we all remember and love, and to pay tribute to a game that has meant so much to so many people. I did my best to create something worthy of StarCraft's legacy, and I sincerely hope you enjoy watching it.
