But for that to work you need full time coach , i guess synd is not a coach but more of a interested observer which tries to give advice on the direction they already took , like fixing changing minor things only and not the gameplay or drafts. | ||

Not sure exactly how many people Alliance have on their pay roll for this tournament. If they have nobody paid to analyse opponents then the coach can also help out with that. Depends on how they define their responsibilities. I also agree it is too late after bringing him in to do major changes. A lot of the games Alliance have lost have been close though, so maybe a few details they are missing can be enough. Perhaps 1 or 2 drafts he can suggest, the players can play more heroes than we usually see them on, a question of farm priority and group up timings might also help to balance those out. Synderen himself has a good pedigree as a player, doubt they would have brought him in if they didn't want to listen to him at the start at least. | ||

Avoid : Puck, DP (unless its a mega cheesy push strat). Chen(unless its a g mega cheesy push strat). Prioritise : Wisp, BM, Doom, Slark, NP (in some global lineups) I really feel we can do well in the major with drafts that are competitive , the most important thing i feel is always have the late game in the draft , i don't like it when we go all in early/mid game it rarely works out.
