They require you to use a security system to bypass the limitation. As long as you use phone code the limitation isn't there. A lot of people have their credit card connected to steam, so I assume support got too many issues.

Not that VP is a bad team by any stretch of the imagination - especially since they changed up their positions.
It does however worry me that they seem a little lost in the meta... again! 
Just when you though they were getting into the meta with picks like Ember Spirit, Phoenix and such they fall behind again; I'm not quite sure how they'll handle the new Tinker trend for example.

You know alliance always experimenting in these qualifiers are fine even if they do not work. Problem is that they don't seem to want to revert to their tried and tested strategy of NP/LD + jugg or something in games where it mattered.

Jug is actually strong , but the main issue was their overly passive laning stage , it was heartbreaking to see S4 getting ganked with no one to help , I believe Wisp is really strong but when played as a mid dual lane , putting pressure non stop on the enemy mid , or worst case as a dual offlane , but getting both wisp + Lion which needs a lot of stuff going their way in lanes is way too greedy , they ended up feeding S4 to Razor.
I hope they go Ember again some games the hero is amazing to pick , Also Axe is missing from their drafts as well as the god of gold Alch which will be HIGHLY contested in Manila.
