I figured it out, go out of full screen. Enable chat, hover on video and the putple dots to the right become clickable so it can be turned off. In full screen they are not clickable.

edit, might be that there is a 3x3 pixel area on it clickable while the button looks larger.

Choice of Aegis on Puck might have lost LGD the game. Though since he had BB CD I would have made the same choice.
