Easy 1v5 with her buddy sven. http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/923054188Comebacks are real. So you got outplayed. The only way you can lose a 2v5 if you try to end the game too fast. 5 hero's outfarm 2 however you wanna look at it if you just splitpush and play it safe. Also a PA cannot EVER 1v5 even with 3 people extra worth of passive gold. My guess would be that the PA jumped alot of people farming alone and noone responded with TP's and PA got a massive amount of free kills which made her get alot of items that the player chose well to be nearly unkillable midgame, which then setup PA up for a good lategame set of items This shows exactly the problem that was pre 6.82. People didn't outskill opponents in game, they just picked the 2-3 OP hero's faster then the other team Why bother talking without watching the game? then why bother posting? Without watching the game right now, you are 100% confident that you played it correctly and lost because the PA got alot of passive gold? if you answer yes i will watch the game and post my thought on it I played the game. Why bother even posting without watching the game and try to enlighten noobs(us)? Go watch first if you really want to talk about someones play and the game. LD.com these days.
Ok i watched the game, how the fuck can you miss feeding 7 kills at the 10 minute mark into PA and still say the system is broken. I'll be fair, you played it correctly, splitpushing, taking objectives and choking them into their base. but your item choice is horrible, you go brown boots into aghs instead of base sieging and survival items like ghost scepter and mek. Your Ember spirit, Rubick and Juggnaut were feeding hardcore. Diving T4's at 9 minutes into the game because they thought they had this "in the bag". They were doing the 1 thing that loses you games in those situations, and that is ball up and try to push.
So yes, my points were about 90% spot on and yet you still say i am wrong. you trying to say "LD.com these days" but you are trying to be the elitist here.
Sorry but i have no compassion for types like you, that only complain about the system being broken instead of looking at their games objectively and saying " yes we fucked up because of x and y"

the bounty thing is a bad thing because it diminishes the more interesting part of the game, drafting/laning/control/decisions. Nope Yep Nope Nope
Unless by 1, 3, and 4 you mean "as relate to laning."

Like stomps then huge swings in favor of the stomped. Pretty much every game of mine so far. The harder you get stomped the easier it is to win.
Had one game where I was Luna, we had lion, SK, Panda and bristeback, won the early and mid game hard, were leading about 20k gold and xp, lost a team fight when we were pushing high ground at 30 minutes in and lost the game soon after.
The new gold and xp system is absolutely horrendous.

Though you never actually did push as 5. You did it once early but then jugger suicides into the towers/fountain. All the comeback fights are 2vs3. At one point you kill PA and buyback PA but you can't push because ember is just somewhere random. Than it's 16 vs 16 and the game is lost. I feel like Sven won the game way more than PA. PA just finished the deal after both got rich.
Still think the gold gain is retarded though, the first kills is a 3 for 2 trade where you kill 3 leavers and they kill 2. They get like 5k networth just from that LOL.

So it was so bad they felt the need to tweak it within 24 hours. That pretty much means complaints were somewhat justified. I'm not entirely opposed to the system but it's going to need a lot more tweaking.

It was the worst game ever including my dark Garena days.

So items on the ground don't count towards your networth right? If someone on your team gets caught out, and calls out to his team that he's about to die, his team can drop all of their items on the ground and pick them up after he's dead. Or when you get a gold advantage you could just buy items then keep them on the ground in the fountain until you really need them.

Has anyone written a parser to determine how many times this has been asked in this thread?

This changes nothing, except that you want assists on your comeback pickoff even more.
The factor is effectively .7 for having 2 heroes involved and .8 for having 4. These numbers are untouched.
It's spread across several heroes, but way more gold total. Although the other factors mean you don't usually get more than 1/3 of their net worth times that net worth factor, that's still a bonus of 1/4 of the pickoff's net worth in addition to the kill gold. Per kill.

so stop getting picked off.

shadows of the past ahead by 10k gold, 3 people die pushing T3s and the net worth shoots to 2k in favour of SotP. sneyking (spectre) got 3k alone from the fight letting him get his radiance
what a dumb game we're playing

Recent patch is essentially a 'calm down idiots" patch. Reassuring if is looking into it.

Die once or twice when far ahead and if the enemy has better lategame scaling heroes you are screwed. It's not promoting good play it's masking bad play by giving the behind players undeserved gold. Dota is full of overpowered stuff (which is balanced by other overpowered stuff) depending on the situation there is hardly a way not to die.

the current meta is: go +++++++++++++++++++++ greed because early/mid game doesn't matter as long as you have wave clear.
