I played a couple of games and I think the bounty/cup change as retarded as it is, is completely intentional even in terms of value.
I think Ill wait, see if I warm up to the game to see whether I'm on a fence of this being a good or bad thing.

Honestly i was really quick to hating the change but I realized that before it was almost fucking impossible to overcome a 10k gold lead.
Now games, literally are roller coasters where a 10k gold lead is equivalent to what a 3-5k gold lead was in the past and I'm not even joking when I say this. I might eat my words, these changes might be retarded but I'm starting to like it

In my experience, the comeback mechanic only happens if a team is playing stupidly and doing YOLO dives before the ancient's falling.
That said, you either need to know how to close out a game or hope you have supports that provide utility lategame. I kind of think Omni and Venge are two of the best because of that.

yeah, and even before lvl 6 any form of support cc will basically guarantee your enhanced w to hit because of how massive it is...

Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but how is NW calculated?
For example, if I drop all of my items at fountain just before my teammate gets a kill, does that increase the amount of gold they earn because my NW has been "reduced"? Or do the items need to be destroyed?

Not sure why more people didn't see the Bloodpocalypse coming. 40% buff to all damage targeted to anyone is just OP unless it literally kills you when you use it.
In fact in many situations it would actually be fine if it killed you. That's how broken it is.
^ They need to make sure item dropping for net worth changing isn't a thing if it currently is. I wouldn't call it "easy" to abuse but let's say one of your cores is in base they can easily reduce your team's net worth by a huge chunk right before a fight with no issues. Sure that wouldn't be normal but it would also be quite common. That would totally fuck the intent of this mechanic. Items that belong to you need to count until they are destroyed.
