No complicated/clever skills) he has a really high skill cap. Seems like it's only the Russians that really rate him though, or it used to be. I thought I was active to China region and inactive to the rest. When in fact it was the opposite; I was inactive to China region and active to the rest. Time to play games without 700 ping now, LOL.

Well, he got the +5 damage buff to Fury Swipes in the latest patch. He is the same in both games, though. He actually used to be broken when his ultimate doubled the power of Fury Swipes when it was activated.

Or not. Was the cast animation change I was thinking of. Still does a lot of damage.

some immediate differences of vacuum 1. you cannot vacuum on a lot of cliffs. for example the following video is impossible to do with vacuum in dota1: 2. vacuum actually cares about unit size, fat clumps of units will not be pulled as far because itll stop the other units from getting to hte central point. in dota2, things actually pull to the point and then push out after reaching that. so vacuum is actually much stronger in dota2, especially for wall since all heroes and units will not exactly be pulled into the wall as planned

The most obvious is Veno's wards, it was next to impossible to block popular juke paths with just 1 ward in Dota 1, but in Dota 2, its much easier (noticeably so). The other obvious incidence is blocking enemy heroes with your hero model, in Dota 1, it was pretty much a guess and pretty avoidable by the blocked hero, not so much in Dota 2. In either case, I am curious about the model size and collision data to come out (if it ever does) since there's something weird and significantly different between the different units.

Like completely off at times, there are some times where I think I am blocked but not (like blocking creeps at start), there are times where I think I am not blocked, but am. Get as much of it as you feel your team needs. Be flexible about it. There's no unwritten rule that says you HAVE to take her aura early.

Yeah it would primarily depend on your team line-up, and if you want to play heavy roaming which is what you should be doing with no aura. I generally just put 1 point into frostbite(W) and max out my AoE as soon as possible dumping the rest into aura. Prophet being in the game would be a huge deciding factor, and now aggressive he is being with his ganks, same can be said with how many other gankers are on the team and how effective they are. Also what Yango said, there is no rule. I just have this thought process ---> (Sort of like playing as a Zerg) If I put additional points into Q or W will I make good use out of it? Is the game highly aggressive, or am I required to play super gank orientated/does my team need me to do it? Am I in a situation where Q would help me farm a bit better? If my mental checklist of criteria is not met, I'll invest in Brilliance Aura to help the team. (Drones!)
