Actually it was ChuaN, who was treating Zhou like a shit and was flaming his carry abilities to such extent, that Zhou lost his confidence and his performance has became lackluster.
Personal opinion: that was very rude and childish. He could always leave if he didn't like him so much. So, the money was bigger than the freedom of playing with whoever you like in the end? ChuaN reminds me of a wife, that lived with millionaire just for the money and are happy to speak when she gets a divorce, forcing him to leave her a house and a good payment as a result.
Edit: i'm glad he isn't going to DK with this attitude towards teammates.

Yeah and thats why his farm always behind the other team's carry and if iG got behind on kills he never got a chance to carry them back. He always want to join team fight and that's not always a good thing.
