Hmmm.. I really want to know those values now. Kinda odd they didn't post it up with the update notes. Perhaps it might look like this:
Might be different though, so we'll see. Could be reworking the whole number values.
Iunno go research the current damage range (its on dotawiki) then just space out the possible numbers evenly based on the possible stun numbers its not that complex.
I don't know if someone mentioned this, but what if Pudge blinks to a cliff, hooks someone, uses Eul's Scepter cyclone (2.5 seconds) then immediately ults the hero (3.0 seconds)? I mean, you get a total 5.5 seconds since the initiation, so the guy is pretty much stuck, right?

That's awfully lot of gold and effort to have a chance at getting people stuck though.

I was going to say the same thing lol. Especially considering buying a TP won't hurt a lot by the time Pudge has farmed both items.

Also, RIP OD
Don't think so, i had a lot of fun playing OD before pro players showed me the power of item toggling triggering his aura. Which made a hero unfun to me. Not being a must pick/ban in competitive games doesn't mean hero's death
Changing topic: i think that the exp neutral exp being shared with everyone near dying creep is gonna help bounty hunter quite much (assuming that people will be still jungling, probably with pulling neuts from additional camp)

The change to OD really does nothing to his viability in the competitive scene. He is still OD and will still be picked for the same reasons.
OD is not dead. He just got nerfed but he will still dominate an int hero mid anytime. Maybe we will see bottle more often on OD and less tranquil boots. Still think mech is still quite good on OD even if buckler doesn't proc aura.

Pretty agreed, actually. I think mek might be picked up a *little* less, but I think its still legit. The question that is more important is whether he will good for the way the game will be played / the meta, and that I'm not so sure about.
