6.79 -> 6.80 is the same 'type' of patch as 6.78 -> 6.79 anyway so 6.80 doesn't have to be as major as 6.79.

When did blink allow for ult? It was just last night where when trying to blink, it would say Jugg was rooted. The items I did see which are looking to be fun with his ult is; Ult+Tp, Ult+Sb, and Ult+Refresh so keep ulting. I am assuiming it was changed or 'fixed' with one of the recent small patches.

Higher MS make diving impossible because you can retreat so fast that even if the differential is the same, the final positioning is too risky for your enemy to actually dive.
