Im not complaining about the "innovation" im just mad I was away on vacation so I couldn't do it too now im super behind and everything on the AH is overpriced.

You could buy all your items from people who have soloed through the game after the FA nerf too, such as every player who is still farming at this point in time.
Most of the stuff on the AH is pretty deflated now.

I'd have 200k dps if they didn't nerf force armor all builds that get nerfed are overpowered/abusive. its up to people to innovate to discover those builds before they get nerfed again. people seem to think that this is a thing of the past. i am sure there are overpowered/abusable builds still that people havent found. once they figure them out and take advantage those will get nerfed as well. less nostalgia, more innovation people.
and yes, the force armor and crit builds were stupidly strong.

So I found this EHP calculator: http://rubensayshi.github.com/d3-ehp-calculator/
Does anyone know what the correct mob level is? It default to 63 but is that all inferno mobs? Bosses?
BTW just as a sample, at my current numbers 1 resist:8 armor:2 vit I was actually quite surprised at how high vit was... considering I effectively have 1245 with my +12% life helm gem.

61 for act 1, 62 for act 2, 63 for acts 3 and 4

Hooray. (for some reason my pictures distort the layout o_o)

Dropped AO for MM (with the damage increase rune) because it's a small difference and being able to go full auto helps vs 15m hp. No value for having burst damage if you can't burst it down, after all. A 1h+offhand set would have worked a lot better in this situation, obviously.
Stats:

Slightly lower than normal because I'm using boots that give 50int/50vit - no really good boots were on AH and I needed to buy some with 12% move speed :p

Ok guys, an update, my friends 1197 DPS 2 hander made me LOSE 4k damage. I'm using an 800 DPS weapon btw with 85% crit dmg increase.
If you're gonna tell me it's because I don't have attack speed, let me just say it doesn't matter because my crit gear has a higher multiplier than an attack speed build would have with crit in the other slots that can't get attack speed.

^You got a ton of crit chance?

Yeah, you could say that. But it wasn't all that hard to get minus the amulet.

I just hit 60 and finished Hell. Starting Inferno... which stats should I prioritize? I heard Vit just gets weaker the more you progress on inferno. Is int still better than any other stat?

Is int still better than any other stat? Int > Vit in general, but you still want decent vit. All resist is a hugely important stat however since it helps reduce damage, as does armor.

I value vit at an equal basis to int. Resist all helps, and so does armor, but you need a large vit pool to soak the damage first. Also, until you get large enough resists/hp pool, vitality is actually your best mitigation stat (gogo force armor).
My rough gear weights:
Armor - 1 Str - 1 Dex - 1 Int - 5 Vit - 5 Resist all - 10 Attack speed - 50 Crit - 40
- from someone who's killed inferno diablo before and after force armor nerf.

Does anyone have any suggestions on Grom? I saw the video posted a couple pages back but I feel like that guy was overgearing it by a fair bit. My problem is basically the room fills up with poison, some of which I can't see so I stand in it without realizing it.

IMO if you're still doing fine and enjoy the playstyle stick with it. You have all of end game to use a kiting for 90% of the time build. I used electrocute/disintigrate up to like 57 and had no problems, plus I got to feel like a Syth lord.

Kite him around the outside of the room with stark blizzard and venom hydra, use whatever skill slots you have left to deal with the blobs he spawns.

Sounds good but does my abilities improve greatly DPS wise if I use a slower or faster weapon? I enjoy the build but I have always played MMO's as a Min/Maxer I want to do the best possible DPS I can do with current gear options so I am not blindsided by next difficulty lvl and mostly ready gear wise.

Yes the key was to have a spell to constantly keep him slowed and yeah stay to the outside and kite in a square. I added magic missile to my AO/hydra build with temporal flux. Thanks.
Does anyone else have the problem where there's invisible poison though? I'd die from aoe but on my screen there'd be none.

Never had that issue happen, maybe he nicked you with his vomit attack (which also hits with poison)?
