I have 2 dumb questions that were prolly ask before... but at this point google has failed me and i don't fell like reading trough 63 pages
1- Is there a level/difficulty requirement for you to change one skill set ( say secundary skills ) to another ( say technique ) so you have 2 skills out of said skill tree and non on the other skill tree ?
2- Is there a way to "break" the chains on the blue mob packs/does the distance between the mobs affects the dmg they deal to you ?

1 - no, go into options and turn on Elective Mode, I did it before I even started playing

How much is it to craft Flawless Star, Perfect Star, and Radiant Star?

Is there any way to turn off the drag-and-drop of the skill icons on the bottom of the screen?
During crazy battles, I sometimes misclick and screw up all my skills. I know in SC2 you can click control groups, but there is an option to turn it off. Can I turn it off in D3?

Yep. They DO have less health than the real monsters, though. Well, either they have less health or less armor -- if you AoE a big pack, the illusions will die much faster than the real ones. They hit just as hard, sadly.

Do you get +MF or find better items in HC mode or something? Basically, is there any reason to play HC besides e-peen/achievements?
|
There is no reason to play hardcore other than to boast 0 deaths. Maybe the economy is a little slower there too since people can't farm inferno easily.

What does the +xx% damage on weapon exactly do ?

Yeah - no.
People enjoy playing it for other reasons. Like the sheer terror you get when you know you could die any minute. Not just to boast

When an item gives both +Vitality and +% Life, which one gets factored in first, and which one gets factored in second (as, mathematically, it makes a difference)?
I'd test it out myself, but I don't have an item that gives both affixes.

What is the difference between "increased attack speed" and "attack speed increased"?

I dont know the exact details, but the difference is that the first works, and the second only works on weapons. Word is blizz accidentally allowed legendary/set items to roll attack speed increase as a stat, while this only works on weapons. Be warned!

So items like tal rasha's armor, Beckon Sail and Andariel's visage don't correctly give "attack speed increased" or is it only if they roll it?

Like i said, this has (as far as i know) not been confirmed by blizzard, but i red reports of people with those items for whom the attack speed increase was not working properly! I'm not sure if they can roll the right attack speed increase!
