And I am pretty shocked to see that it is basically all the same. A few new talents on some classes, but I dont think there have ever been so few changes. MW is just the same period. It is pretty lame tbh. Guess there are still a lot of changes coming. The lack of the artifact traits alone makes unchanged classes just complete nonsense. | ||

Definitely alpha and anything can change, but obvious change I see atm is MW mastery. My mastery heals for 5k with the stat squish. My normal heals heal for 800-1000. I have 14k hp. My mastery crit is a full heal, on every target heal I have. | ||

Although even now it seems quite fast to me, I will probably only visit 4 areas before I hit 60. Tbf that is with heirlooms. It'll slow down later on, 40-60 feels a lot slower because the levels take longer in terms of raw quest/dungeon completions (stockades gives ~40% of a level instead of ~70% in the 20's) and because stuff becomes a lot harder to kill after you pass level 39. I was taking around 40 mins per level when i got through 70 from questing and hitting the good dungeons once and i couldn't speed that up much more which is a little concerning considering i was doing 45 min levels through Legion stuff last time i passed through it  They may be editing stuff live and under the table with regards to exp rewards, mob hp etc 'cause i've noticed some weird stuff like the quest exp no longer matching what it says in the quest window. It'll say that it gives X amount of exp but actually give 45% more when i hand it in for example. My beloved Crusader procs of +100 strength each at level 15 are also only giving me 60 or so strength at level 72, something screwy has been happening there! My feelings now are that most stuff is generally good, needs a lot of number tweaks (most obvious at level 60 when everything has the same reward but some stuff has 4x more HP and damage than others) and leveling 40 through 100 is probably going to be a huge drag unless they lower the exp requirement there. The three 3.3 WOTLK dungeons did unlock in the level 70-80 range which was a nice surprise but in the end my pretty good group disbanded in halls of reflection because it was overtuned to the point where we couldn't reasonably clear it with a full party of alts in heirlooms. The bosses just had like 5x more HP and damage than other stuff and healer was going OOM halfway through the fight, there were a bunch of wipes and a bunch more pulls with 1-2 guys struggling to stay alive for the last 5% of boss HP while everyone else cheered them on | ||

So when it is also taking long it will make it quite the chore. I already see myself leveling to 63 or so and then giving up. | ||

That would mean mastery does like 5 times as much as now which is just broken. How much does EnvM then in comparison? | ||

Keep in mind this is like day 1 stuff, so I fully expect it to be changed. They even stated that many things in the game will be broken atm. edit: it is funny though, just stacking mastery and it is up to 6k heal lol. I still only have 14k hp so a crit is basically a full heal. | ||

SEE: Fury is going to need something to replace CoF, because the primary reason the spec is fun/functions is because of that trinket. It's just not clear if that's going to end up being a part of the spec itself or if that's going to get tied into Azerite. The problem is mostly communication. It's really hard to tell the difference between "Nothing is happening because nothing is going to happen" and "Nothing is happening but there are changes coming" without hearing explicitly from Blizzard what's going on. | ||

I havent done much levelling yet. During the boring parts of Wrath, I pretty much levelled everything I've ever wanted (obvious exceptions being the new classes)I never got to do much of the Cata levelling zones, but I loved I got to experience Horde-side Ashenvale, very epic storyline and quests. | ||

1.5 day wait later i got a copy/pasted GM response about the droprate of the pantheon trinkets. Didn't even read what i wrote after i went into a lot of detail WTF happened to customer support? I had a lot of great experiences in classic through cataclysm and then returning post-MOP it's just been trash. I used to wait half an hour, sometimes even 2 hours and then talk to an actual human, not send tickets back and forth for a week before they say that the game was intentionally broken or that they don't have the authority to fix it even though it was a bug. | ||

Most of my experiences with Blizzard has been absolutely fantastic. But if you think there's a downgrade of quality, I'd probably attribute that to back in 2012 they downsized their Customer service. https://www.polygon.com/gaming/2012/2/29/2833313/blizzard-lays-off-600-likely-primarily-in-customer-service I'd imagine with their tools to like, restore a character and restore items without interacting with a person made a bulk of that redundant. | ||

Back when I started in Vanilla I was still playing on EU from Pakistan and despite it being near impossible to use a local credit card Blizzard accommodated me. Every ticket I have ever opened has been responded to promptly and ive never been unsatisfied with the. | ||

The zones will also adjust for your alt accordingly I believe. But in terms of achievements and pathfinder etc. You only need to do them on one character. | ||
