so my girlfriend plays brewmaster monk in a dif guild that already had 2 dks so i couldnt get a shot (gonna trial with another 13/13m guild soon though check please is just fucking dead in the ground so i left durotan) but their main dps dk some older man like ACTUALLY has some kind of mental illness and legitly does not know how the fuck gorefiends grip works(didnt know u can target yourself even) and has very limited mental capability ( he cant even do unholy disease cleave for gorefiend spirits, takes a billion dmg on mythic tyrant from aura) and yeah they spend a lot of time screaming at him like i feel so bad but at the same time its like well you guys had all the time in the world to replace him and now ur 11/13 on one of the trickiest fights in the game with someone who might not legitly have the brainpower to do it sooo well least u all have 10 ilvls to brute force it | ||

I've done a LOT of archimonde runs, probably a hundred pulls in PUG's recently. Every single one of them required everybody to have Curve and i715, yet about 60-80% of the people on average had no idea what to do. They were not target switching properly, dieing to fire, stacking too close for the knockup & feedbacks, many players missing nethers etc. Even getting hit in the face by void stars. The reality is that even with those requirements you can expect PUG's to fail horribly; most of those groups could barely kill the boss while being carried by 4-8 mythic players. They were not only not pulling their weight, but often being a burden to the group while overgeared by 20 ilvls and having killed it before! People won't hesitate to put harsh requirements that they can meet and then wipe 5 times rather than put easy requirements and wipe 50 times. It's easy to find i690 guys to run normal, as i690 is obtainable quite easily on a new character without setting foot in a raid and so many people have it, yet still need things like 4piece sets and weapons/trinkets | ||

1. Invite only 715+ with minimum 3 kills on their char. Check armory for kills. Also don't Invite ppl that don't have proper enchants 2. Go for a 2/4/14 or 2/5/18 Setup with at least 3 hunters to kill living shadows. Make 2 nether groups with 5 (7) dps each (leave hunters outside) + 1 healer. Assign 2-3 dps to sac in case of a 3rd nether. 3. If you do actually still wipe, replace anyone below 55k dps/hps as well as everyone that you noticed failing at mechanics . Repeat until dead | ||

Got corrosive blasted. It was my first time in a 25man raid, they tanked it in a different position, and I had no idea how much healing I was supposed to be doing. Still, it was really, really dumb on my first trial run with the guild. | ||
