It's easy now to just buy the box, and you're all caught up." Heart of the problem right there. Leveling is not the game any more to blizzard that the vast majority of people are playing, it's an inconvenience to be skipped over before you can play. The more they treat it as such, the more it will be that way. It's part of why i'm disappointed in the standard +10 lvls in legion, they had a chance to make a more drawn out leveling experience and put focus on that even if they want everyone to be boosted to the start of it | ||

Also that lvl 100 is the only real game that exists, is dumb. Sure, it's what get's the most attention, but ~~ you know, personal preference? Let people have their own opinions, get to that conclusion themselves if then want to. | ||

I don't know, it's obviously very subjective, however, the game is...not tuned at ALL. It's not really even a game. You just blow mobs up without any regard for mechanics or worrying about your health at all. And, it's just so antisocial, no one is at those early levels, which is why I never blamed Blizzard for the level boost, it's just a completely different game. | ||

The whole "it should take longer to hit max level" argument is something of a surrogate for "I wish I had more questing/non-raid content". Players tend to argue the former because hitting max level has tended to coincide closely with completing the vast majority of quest content since Cataclysm. Realistically we can have the best of both worlds, keeping the current quick leveling pace while still having plenty of zones left to clear, but that requires shifts and changes from how Blizzard currently does things and I doubt it's going to happen. | ||

dunno much about mastery for ret since the last time i played my pally was when you stacked haste on everything, but i assume 70% at level 93 is okay or 98% apparently, according to the armory | ||
