It's cool to have some chance of getting any useful item from world quests, dungeons, raids below max difficulty etc; right now you can spend 80% of your game time doing those things but with the WOD system you'd spend 0% because they gave literally nothing.
i was mostly freaking out over the fact that i got a 70 ilevel upgrade with actually relevant secondaries on an alt i'd given up on because blizzard insists on giving me even more prydazes and sephii, but okay

As we mentioned this during the live Q&A last week, we feel the biggest shortcoming of the current Legendary system is that, for some specs, there are some items that are clearly better than others in nearly all situations. As a result, players who have received a different Legendary item feel unlucky, as they didn’t receive the “best” one.
So, we’re making some fairly substantial changes to Legendary items intended to bring them more in line with each other. Items that give a raw throughput increase (without significant situational restrictions or drawbacks) are having their overall power reduced, and we’re taking another pass at several of the more niche items to make sure that, when they’re usable, they feel powerful.
Essentially, we feel that if a Legendary is only usable in certain situations, it should feel extremely valuable in those situations. Conversely, if a Legendary is nearly always going to increase your overall performance, that increase should be relatively smaller. Up until this point, we’ve made the mistake of allowing several items to be both extremely impactful AND always useful, which has made other Legendaries feel “bad” by comparison. It’s also caused some specs to feel as though they need a particular Legendary in order to compete. Those are the issues we’d like to solve.
We’re actively working on these changes right now and expect to have them ready for the next PTR build. We’ll be doing additional class tuning where necessary as a followup, once these changes are in place.

Yay finally got that 3rd legendary with the weekly chest. Aaaand its Sephuz. :D
And the other chest item just a sidegrade.
And new affixes this week are teeming necrotic.
Gotta love it.

Yeah this week is good for NA. It's tyrannical at +10 so some dungeons are more annoying than others, but I am happy its not necrotic =P

Had same issue in a VotW +9 and BRH +7. One of our guilds mages was just killing 1 mob at a time while other mobs were at 80% life. Had to explain to him why that was a terrible idea as it just slows you down so much. Still 2 chested BRH but missed 2 chest in VotW by like 70 seconds =/.

Finally got my third legendary ion the weekly cache today.
I hesitated a LONG time before opening it, not sure if I wnated a tank or dps legendary ( was feeling the drop coming for a while ).
Decided to go with Windwalker loot spec and got the boots ( which are pretty good ) so I'm happy about that.

as a fire mage I find that shocking, the best part about bolstering is that i can turn my brain off ,just aoe and tab around to keep the damage spread even.

Well, if he was fire I wouldn't bother, but hes frost so he doesn't auto cleave like fire mages.

Finally got my 2nd legendary on my Blood DK main after no luck for like 3 months.
I've had the legendary bracers and was hoping for the belt which reduces Vamp Blood CD, instead I got the leggings which increase runic power by 60 when bone shield is up.
I'm a bit underwhelmed given that most fights and mythic + require you to use runic power constantly to heal back up and mitigate damage, there are few fights where you have to pool up a lot more RP to use for a period of high burst.
Oh well, at least the stat boost is nice.

Make sure it it in no way connected to the guild or advertised with the guild name attached. Let them know that getting banned probably means they get replaced as you keep going without them.

Are they part of your core raid team? Would at least voice some concern because Blizzard has banned people for it before (lol half a guilds raid got banned mid raid because of people botting).
If they don't care not much you can do unless you are in a position of officer/GM and make decisions on who comes to raids.
