Seems you have more experience with wotlk than I have. I didnt play 3v3, i only played 2v2. And very casual. Remember playing rogue with a warlock and the fights didnt end in 10sec or so. I remember dueling a mage as warrior and it felt fun. You had moves you could do and not just one move but felt like real decisions. Wotlk wasnt by any means perfect pvp experience it just felt better. EDIT: ahh i remember now at the start of wotlk, ret paladins and dks Were INSANE. I think i played arena after 1 or 2 patches big patches that changed around alot of classes. | ||

Tuesday, September 20–The Emerald Nightmare Raid dungeon opens on Normal and Heroic difficulties. Mythic Keystones will begin dropping which will allow increased challenge and rewards from Mythic dungeons. Then it will be pretty much Serenity vs the world as im pretty confident they will win hands down. I guess Exorsus the Russian guild is going to probably be their only challenge. Method picked up a couple of decent players but not enough and they are all pretty unchecked grinding together aka progressing as they all joined up after Serenity/Method won the race. Paragon quit again and half of them remade another guild on lightning blade i think not sure what they are doing with that one. All the top NA guilds died too, the Aussie guild last year that was doing ok was abusing bugs so i doubt they will be about. | ||

That seems really hard right now but with a little more gear I don't think it'll be too bad. If everyone gets two stacks of lava and the healer heals through that while you wait for 15 more patches to come out and you get the boss down to 0.1%, then you can spread out, use all cooldowns, pick up three more each and pop the boss before it can tick twice (assuming health pool + cooldown can get you through one tick). The lava ticks on you for 10 seconds and then expires After you take 6, you have this huge DOT on you and you take triple damage from it, this does something like milions of damage per second for 10 seconds which we were just not able to survive even for the 1-2 seconds that it takes for everybody to sync up getting the debuff Maybe the DOT rolls over rather than refreshing when you take a new stack, will try waiting longer before picking more up Yeah, Legion Mythics = Cata Heroics, punishing at low ilvl, fairly easy at intended ilvl. We're most definitely over the intended ilvl | ||

Over time all wow combat has gotten twitchier, which i guess makes pvp feel very bursty (cds, shorter casts, resource generation) even if the actual time to kill is similar, when not counting cast time. | ||

In wotlk, didnt rogue have faster globals? I know warriors did have faster globals, they had overpower as base kit and also that other attack which had no globalcooldown with other abiilities. Destro locks had that "reduce cast time and global by 30%" as base. So globals was actually faster in wotlk yet felt like longer fights and more skillful fights. | ||

I have not seen people mixing two pieces of set X and three pieces of set Y for the double bonus "pvp defense power" or gemming health / "pvp defense power" in WOD/Legion | ||

Yeah, the quartermaster has nothing interesting but I was wondering if it was like Nightfallen where there's more significance than the quartermaster. edit: Maybe that policy was put into the guide when Blood of Sargeras was assumed to be harder to gather? Only thing I can think of atm. | ||

You need two revered reps for part of the class hall armor set at least Will try this stuff Adds are kinda a problem without dps but it's manageable | ||
