Yeah. I think the Redskins were the only favored home team. They were -1 last I looked which is less than what they usually spot the home team so Packers would have been favored on a neutral field

I think mathematically wild cards are stronger than 3/4th seed, because they play in a tougher schedule (against division winner).

Teams from same division meet in wild card round like Bengals / Steelers do happen but rarer.

wouldn't be surprised if championship games ended up both being 1st vs 2nd seed - feels like a massive gulf between 1/2 and 3-6 this year.

also if an afc team wins the super bowl this year i'd be pretty fucking livid.

really? I feel like Seattle is perfectly capable of hanging with Carolina or Arizona on a good day. I think the Chiefs are a capable team too. Denver doesn't impress me at all as a 1 seed since their offense is so mediocre. I think Pittsburgh is too banged up to compete though.

i was thinking a steeler seahawk super bowl maybe towards the end of the season and i'm starting to think that more and more, we'll see how it plays out though.

but yeah i see a much higher shot of an NFC team winning this year
