EDIT: Nope. Validates my stream of the ATL defense. EDIT 2: 66 yards and the goal posts are shaking. Good luck, Santos. EDIT 3: From what I've seen of the Seattle game, the second half has been duck and cover for Wilson.

I'm tired of that stance about this team. They blew a 10 point lead in a super bowl in the 4th quarter. They blew a 10 point lead in St Louis in the 4th quarter. They were six inches away from losing at home to Detroit. They blew a SEVENTEEN point lead today in the 4th quarter. Good teams win, good teams finish, which were traits that made Seattle great the last three years. They don't have that so far. The offense is downright dreadful. The defense had two modes: ballbusting, or swiss cheese. I still think they'll make the playoffs, but shit, you can't play the Bears and Lions every game.

Obviously it sucks to lose today, but there's at least affirmation that you're not a team who can barely beat Detroit at home. The real Seattle is still there, and going 1-1 over the past two games is probably the average outcome, if you're statistically inclined. EDIT: I always hate when teams play their superstars on special teams, but it seems like the Denver guys block an inordinate number of kicks.

Its incredibly poorly constructed: Manning with a bad o-line and no elite slot receiver (or TE). If you compare it to the Pats, who have immobile Brady, they have a superior o-line, and all thier receivers are essentially outlets. Manning has Thomas, but the realities of his arm and o-line mean he can't do what he is best at.
