Maroon Starleague Open Season 1

Background
-To try and accommodate some of the blue B-rankers and to try and raise activity, I'll be starting a new league welcoming all ranks up to B-level max. This can be somewhat considered "more prestigious" than the other Starleague I host in the Crimson Starleague, but I'll be paying equal attention to both.

Format
-The format for this is separated into a Qualifying Ladder portion, which will last 5 weeks, and then a single elimination, tournament bracket that will last 5 weeks as well.

With the lack of sign-ups, the Qualifying Ladder portion was removed, and the tournament will start into a ODT-style group stage.

DATES:
March 8th: End of sign-ups / Round-of-32 draw

March 15th: Round-of-32 Group Stage

March 22nd: Round-of-16

April 5th: Round-of-8

April 12th: Round-of-4

April 19th: Finals/Third Place

The designated dates will be on 18:00 GMT (+00:00) at the channel Op Maroon @ iCCup (TheAbyss)

-So, to sign up, first, post in the thread your usual known username, your iCCup ID, your max rank, and race.

Rules

• All the games for the qualifiers must take place on iCCup (TheAbyss). Anti-hack and LAN-latency MUST be on.
  
• If there is ever a conflict in regards to points that the iCCup Admins can't handle, please PM me and I will judge what happens.
  
• You MAY NOT play more than 8 ladder games with the same opponent
  
• Adhere to all iCCup server rules.
  
• Account sharing is prohibited, and if caught, there will be consequences.
  
• Any form of match fixing, cheating, hacking, etc. is prohibited.
  
• Players that wish to off-race will be reviewed case-by-case.
  
• Race-picking is not allowed, meaning a player must play just one race throughout the entire duration of the tournament.
  
• If you choose to clear your stats, do so at your own risk. Your stats/ranking on April 5th will be the only judged statistic.
  
• Transferring stats from another account is prohibited.
  
• Replays must be submitted either via PM to SynC[gm] or via e-mail to maroonstarleague@outlook.com

Review
-To reiterate, the max level for this Starleague is B-rank. Anyone that has achieved B+ rank or higher will not be allowed to participate. As for now, except for rank ineligibility, no one is banned from this Starleague, meaning everyone eligible is allowed to participate, unless either B+ or higher, or blacklisted from the iCCup server.

Make a new iCCup account with the MSL tag, send a request to the Maroon Starleague team, http://www.iccup.com/teams/88445.html, and post in the thread your username. I will not be accepting any requests from players who have not identified themselves in this thread.
