I have a strong natural distrust of the Herald due to is being a terrible rag.

It's still a shift, but it sounds a lot bigger/more important than it really is.

Looking at the schedule, it looks like it'll either be today or after March 15 (Florida, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio). I don't see him as the type to hang around to make a symbolic message. I think he'll understand that sticking around only helps the GOP after some talks with advisors. He announced he was sticking around until the convention. I think he's the type to make sure he makes his statement, but it really is just wasteful to stick around. He's made such a big deal about momentum and the fact that he truly can win. When he loses 10 states today, that is going to be difficult to say. On March 02 2016 00:08 The_Templar wrote: He announced he was sticking around until the convention. He should have said that because that increases support. He wouldn't say "Yeah I'll probably drop out soon".

Edit: I've seen that claim a couple times in elections and then people drop out when the math doesn't work. Sanders is playing to win, but the man can add just like everyone else.

Donald Trump heads into Super Tuesday with a massive lead over his Republican rivals, according to a national NBC News/SurveyMonkey poll released Tuesday. Trump has 40 percent support among registered Republicans, nearly twice the support of second-place Marco Rubio, who sits at 21 percent. Ted Cruz is third at 18 percent, followed by Ben Carson at 8 percent and John Kasich at 7 percent. After largely refraining from direct attacks on Trump, Rubio finally engaged the front-runner in last Thursday’s debate. The Florida senator’s support has jumped 5 percent in the past week, and Trump’s support has ticked up 4 percent. Meantime, Cruz has fallen 1 percent. Both Rubio and Cruz have maintained on the trail that their campaigns are best positioned to upset Trump and win the Republican nomination. But the real estate mogul beats Rubio head-to-head by 6 percentage points, 52 percent to 46 percent, and smashes Cruz by a double-digit margin, 55 percent to 42 percent. On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton leads Bernie Sanders by a 10-point margin, 51 percent to 41 percent. The national poll surveyed 30,294 adults and more than 4,200 registered Republicans. It was conducted online Feb. 22-28. Source
