I think that's part of the point he was making. Seems like he said that they're a unit that people really want to build, but know that it won't be cost effective enough to be worthwhile, similar to how hydras are now.

Why are people freaking out about this video? If you had A-moved a bunch of siege tanks into stalkers, they would trade really well as well. The value of unit is not dependent how it preforms in some unit tester, but in the game itself.

He's saying that the hydra used to be the quintessential awesome unit that is actually pretty shit, but now that locusts don't attack air, that role goes to the swarm host.

I'm not freaking out over its balance, i'm guted by what this unit represents. A generic 1a unit, meant to kill Tanks in TvT, do what Tanks should already be doing in TvP, and with no design place in TvZ. Borring and not "mech like".

Yeah thats how the game works. If you build only tier 1 units and i only tier 2, than i win in maxed vs maxed situiations.
what you dont consider is that it is easier to build stalkers than warhounds. and when you have stargate tech, they are useless.

The install crashes for me...

I've removed all Beta Folders that i've had from eariler and it still does not work. Tried re-locating to another folder but that doesn't seem to work either.

Anyone else having the same problem?
