Eating smaller portions more times per day is actually far healthier for you. Your body is designed to work constantly and steadily not in short intense bursts. As such you benefit highly from allowing your digestive system to be in a constant state of operation as it keeps you out of famine mode. Eating three large meals a day is actually quite bad for us as it puts a large load of stress on our body to process. It results in quite a bit more waste and your digestive system operates quite inefficiently as a result. Obviously exercise is good and all, but unless you are doing the above you are basically wasting your time. Now if you are doing the above and still in a state of perpetual exhaustion, then it is likely you have a sleep disorder of some type and it is time to see a Dr. 1. There's no such thing as famine mode. This is a a term people have created when their weight loss stalls and instead of cutting calories further to continue cutting this "famine mode" garbage has been introduced in place of the actual effect of a slight metabolic slowdown. 2. Calories are calories, what is this negative and positive calorie balance you're talking about? 3. Fruit should be regarded as dessert, added sugar is not necessary in anyones diet. 4. Where are you getting your information? Your body does not know the difference between 2000 calories spread between one, two, three, four, five or six meals a day. Pay no attention to eating a specific number of meals. Listen to your body and eat when you're hungry, base your meals around times of activity, and however many you end up with as long as you get your desire intake for the day DOES NOT MATTER. your an idiot Your post implied otherwise. | ||
