If the current vitamins you use seem to have no effect, then the dosage they offer is too low. Try something like the Mega man Sport vitamins from GNC as an example. Things like your centrum and grocery store brands are usually complete crap.

That said, Vitamins as a requirement are proven as a myth. They are only for when your diet simply does not provide enough naturally. Basically if you take them and feel zero effect, then you are wasting your time. In short Vitamins are a short term solution to getting your body caught up out of an unhealthy eating deficit.

Eating:

1) Don't starve yourself, too many people confuse healthy eating with eating small portions and keep their bodies in "Famine mode". Caloric intake is important, you obviously want a balance between calories eaten and calories burned.
2) Fresh vegs such as; carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber and most greens can be eaten in bulk all day long. The advantages are they regulate your energy levels keeping them high and steady and they have a negative calorie balance. Meaning you can keep yourself full without gaining weight because it takes your body more calories to burn them then they yield.
3) Fresh fruits, especially tropical fruits can be used as a quick burst of energy due to their easily digestible natural sugars. You have to be a little more careful with these as they are a positive calorie balance.
4) Stop eating 3 meals a day, instead eat 6 or more. Are you confused? Eating smaller portions more times per day is actually far healthier for you. Your body is designed to work constantly and steadily not in short intense bursts. As such you benefit highly from allowing your digestive system to be in a constant state of operation as it keeps you out of famine mode. Eating three large meals a day is actually quite bad for us as it puts a large load of stress on our body to process. It results in quite a bit more waste and your digestive system operates quite inefficiently as a result.

Obviously exercise is good and all, but unless you are doing the above you are basically wasting your time. Now if you are doing the above and still in a state of perpetual exhaustion, then it is likely you have a sleep disorder of some type and it is time to see a Dr.
