Lost viking will be a piece of cake if you can beat a touhou map on normal mode, plus extra skill in another type of game can never hurt. | ||

I mostly used the Plasma weapon and played quite carefully, not killing a lot of enemies. I needed to kill Terratron tree times and get into the following zerg level where I finally used the side missiles weapon to get the last kills. I got 1570 single player points at first, all played by myself with help of Youtube guides, then took a break for several month until I resumed my hunt for the last 20 points. It would be a shame if those efforts get worthless with save game trading. For a long time I tried to use the side missiles as I read one can score so many points one does not need to kill the third Terratron. But I more like the raw plasma weapon power because it makes bosses so much easier.The most important hint imo is to always save some bombs for the bosses, especially Terratron. | ||

I had a problem where this icon wasn't enabled, if that happens to you, make sure that voice chat is enabled in options or else it won't show. | ||

This is really easy! Either weapon will work fine, although i found it easier to get the rockets instead of the plasma because you dont even really have to move during the levels. Get that lvl 2 and get both drones; from then on get every upgrade as a bomb. This is crucial, just wait until they get blue, pick em up... The reason for this, and the reason that this achieve is easy, is that the bomb not only kills enemies, but kills their shots at you (even like 9/10 of what the bosses do!) After some practice I honestly quit with 8 lives, like 15 bombs and 1.5 million points. Hope this helps! | ||
