arguably is the opposite of definitely. f.e. saying somebody is` arguably the best` means he is one of the best, but certainly very good. My turn! I dont speak korean; do words like `chobo` and `gosu` actually have a meaning? and is it rude/offensive to call somebody chobo or is it just a friendly term? | ||

Baller...I don't really understand and I am a native English speaker. It's slang, but whenever these words come up I check them on UrbanDictionary.com (often NSFW!!) and whilst it's not often entirely right, if you read through all the entries people have made it often gives a good idea of the meaning of slang words. | ||
