Okay to get the Kerrigan portrait you must complete every mission from "Liberation Day" to "All-In" all on Brutal difficulty. (Note: This does include the missions that pose a choice like "Safe Haven" and "Haven's Fall" in the Colonist missions. Use the saves from the first post and load them and complete them. Hyst posted saves that awards the Brutal Campaign 25/25 mission achievement. Those are separate from the Kerrigan portrait.

You must be loading missions like Xaeulu stated that are from an earlier patch. Blizzard has not and apparently will not allow saves to be backwards compatible on Battle.net. My guess is to prevent this from happening yet there is no way unless the saves become account bound.
Xaelu: I was wondering, since you have completion of the campaign on "Hard" difficulty and have all the achievements, would you mind uploading the saves and posting them? That'd be awesome if you wouldn't mind I just need those saves and I will have all campaign completed except for "The Lost Viking" mini game which I will have to do on my own.

ehmmm...i'm not sure what i should upload now 
the only achievements i had before those savegames were the normal completionist, the viking gold with the terratron and the 2 goals for each mission which i played pretty randomly since the release...
i just got all the other achievements like raid night, the hard25/brutal25 the hard completionist/brutal completionist by loading the savegames from the OP and (thx for that again!) hyst's h25/b25 post with your instructions 
sooo...i'll upload whatever you want or need but i really only have the savegames which can be found in this thread and my old 1.1.2 savegame of the normal completionist!

So will the saves get me the level specific achievements?? Cause all i need is the hard completion and the level specific achievements on them.

Unfortunately, you'll have to do the hard achievements by yourself.
At least some of them like Aces High ...

So if i use a safe and complete the mission on it i get the achievement?

Alright,
Not sure if you guys are aware but Blizzard is rolling out a Public Test Realm "PTR" in short (They've done this for World of Warcraft for as long as I can remember) So this means that Patch 1.2 is being tested as we speak. So if you haven't done any of these achievements yet your time is running out. I don't have an exact time when Patch 1.2 will hit but I can guarantee it will be on a Tuesday (Ghostcrawler anyone?).
Other then that these saves are still good, just putting that out there since there is no backwards compatibility for loading gave saves from a previous patch. If you have any questions toss me a PM or post here and I will still try my best to answer them.

thanks a lot to moody and hyst for the help getting 25/25. im still missing 10/25 for hard for some reason. does anyone know what mission to do that gives me this achievement?

Yeah, moody i actually downloaded the PTR already. So i am sure that will be under way really soon. Are you still planning on doing the Hard run through with your buddies??

First of all, i really appreciate the help. But it doesnt save the missions i load. When i load liberation day, and finish it on brutal, when i load another mission, complete it on brutal, liberation day isnt completed at brutal anymore according to the archives. Am I doing something wrong?

The only achievement you will get from the saves from the OP is the Liberty Completionist: Brutal with the Kerrigan Portrait as a reward. You should look under this achievement.
You shouldn't look at the archives because every save is from a different person/campaign.

We will most likely be doing it after the patch only because with the PTR out Blizzard doesn't give an ETA before the patch is live on all realms. To bad there isn't a website like MMO-Champion that posts information on when patches are going to hit. :| Sorry. I know lots of people want it.

Sorry if im being dumb for asking, but echoes of the future and liberation day doesnt work for me for some reason. I opened the replay and the missions finish as normal, but when i check the status the missions are still incomplete according to it

There are some that won't work, no matter how many tries you give. Don't even bother with Liberation Day, you can complete it in less than 4 minutes just A-clicking the map. EOF is a different story though.

1- Can you guys edit the links in first page that doesn't work and fix them? I downloaded 4 for nothing
2- I downloaded some missions in brutal, but in the hard and normal completisionist achivement, it's not adding in there??? im only getting the brutal...
I thought doing high diff were giving lower ones too

Anyways, I made secret brutalisk achievement and another "regular" brutalisk achievement. I don't exact position but near - close to it. You only need to release brutalisk, shoot 3 plasmas at him and 1 grenade then finish it with A.R.E.S..

It does give you the lower levels of difficult if u complete them the hard way. Using saves will only randomly complete the lower levels, but passing them yourself will give you all of them.

I need liberation day + The Moebius Factor Brutal
anyone plz? none of the links posted work for me beside those 2
One could possibly work in moebius but the guy save is in a place with ton of monsters and i just cant kill the hatch in time before i die cuz of lag
