Mothership Rush
I think it's fair to say once someone has committed themselves to being a "Pro Gamer" they have all the free time in the world. Generally you aren't going to school, or working a steady job. It all comes down to how much effort you put in day in and day out, staying focused on getting better, analyzing your weaknesses. There are going to be slumps and hard times like in any other career choice in life you just have to be dedicated. Problem is if you have a problem with a co-worker or specific project it comes and goes/ you can avoid said worker, if your struggling with the game it becomes a test of willpower and grinding through it.
