Funny thing is, I had ~250 in BW and sometimes I sit there in SC2 and just wait for something to finish without clicking. Because you dont need the APM that was needed in BW, there is no need for me to spam so much to keep my fingers warm and moving all the time. I spam some hotkeys in the beginning of a game anyways. I am so used to doing this  | ||

It's what you do with it that counts. Sure, most higher APM people will be in higher divisions, but it isn't really a good indicator (you can't say this guy has APM so he is better skilled etc). | ||
