jinorazi Korea (South)4948 Posts August 27 2010 22:04 GMT #21 i like shiny stuff and my computer can handle it so i'm on ultra at the moment. i havnt done any graphics nerfing since quake days. doesn't the pros or tournaments use ultimate setting? why not keep it the same in that case.

MrBitter United States2940 Posts August 27 2010 22:11 GMT #22 Man, I literally bought a brand new computer just so I could play SC2 on ultra instead of the low settings I had to run on my old one. ... Then I decided ultra was to shiny and glowy, so I switched everything back to low. /facepalm

Katkishka United States657 Posts August 27 2010 22:21 GMT #24 I play on medium/low mostly, I don't have any issue running the game on ultra, but as everyone's said, it lacks visual clarity. Not to mention if models is set to high it's impossible to see what's dying/dead and what's alive
