Do you mean where you should save them (on XP: c:\documents and settings\username\my documents\starcraft II beta\replays\multiplayer or something like that, on Vista, I dunno)? He warp prism immortal/sentry behind mineral fiends, and blocks himself in there, impossible for any tier 1 units to shoot and zerg cant mine lol. Meanwhile he has walled off his base so zerg cant counter. Prediction: This spell is gonna get major nerf in next patch. | ||

That wasn't abuse - that was a very smart counter by the protoss against zerg fast expand into mass speedlings. If the zerg wasn't a retard, he could have countered by building a spine crawler. Focus fire the sentries with it and use queen transfusion to heal the crawler. Or, an even easier solution - build some roaches and with roach range focus fire the sentries first, then when the sentries are dead, back the roaches away and send the zerglings in to take care of the immortal or to force it to fly away. Use the queen to kill the warp prism afterwards. Just because that zerg couldn't think of a proper counter doesn't mean force fields need to be nerfed. | ||

All-in speedling strats getting boned by forcefield really just make my day. That is exactly what forcefield is for. With smaller, breakable, unstackable forcefields, you're essentially licensing zerg for easy wins against any toss who doesn't pre-emtively forge and wall when he sees a hint of speedling mass. That means giving over map control to the zerg right from the start. I'm really sad for you zerg out there who want to wring your hands and scream at the sky because of well-placed forcefields. Check that korean tourney pack and you'll see that zerg are not in a bad place right now at all. | ||

Its ok to make the battlefield better for yourself, however what i have a problem with is how it pushes units out of the way, and how you can block of ramps forever with 6 sentrys. Wait a couple weeks and you will see some true abuse like louder said in recent podcast with people warping in dark templar+sentrys in your base with warp prism, and walls off your ramp with FF so you cant get back in while dark templars kill all your tech. ITS SILLY. One of four things gotta happen. 1. Higher energy cost 2. Make them killable 3. Shorter duration 4. Make it work like buildings, cant place it if there is somthing in the way. | ||
