If iris was really that good, his only wins wouldn't be from a mid-a ranked go.go and a fbh that sucked. Yeah, if Iris was any good he'd have recent wins against people like Bisu and Effort.... oh wait. Iris is the fucking man, and is easily an A-class terran right behind Flash and Fantasy.

Both excel in strategies who can easily gets raped in straight-up games. He was in trouble once he decided to go with the 1-Fact into expansion build. That's the type of BO Flash should use, not Iris.

Always feels good when the team/player with some of the most rabid/obnoxious fans takes it up in the bum by the underdogs. ![]() Ofcourse there is always day 2 but does anyone honestly belive that cj got someone whos capable of taking jaedong in super ace?

Of course, I'm hoping that CJ pulls off one of their regular comeback victories. ![]() O, and Jaedong looked fucking scary against Effort there. That death glare was one thing, but right alongside that was the fact that every single Zergling Effort sent out just melted to Jaedong's micro. It was painful, but awesome at the same time. I wish he was on CJ so that I didn't feel conflicted every time I watched him dominate somebody from the team. ![]()

Game 1 was an interesting excercise in two players cheesing at each other, failing their respective cheese, then devolved into Lomo failing. Game 2 was rape. If you like to see Jaedong in Jaedong Smash! mode, there you go. BTW, Jaedong sports his "look of death", so avoid it if you want to avoid being killed by his stare. Game 3 was kinda nice. Hiya had a good play against Movie (alternative interpretation: Movie decided to clump all his arbiters together to make it easier for Hiya to EMP them in one shot), then Movie got rolled up like a scroll. Game 4 was a textbook example of a prepared snipe build. He struck exactly at the right place, right time, with the right units, and a strong display of his Reaver micro skills. Iris was dead before he knew what hit him. Game 5 was a textbook example of a noob getting cheesed. It depends on what you like to see. Game 3 went on for a while, but Movie's stupid Aribter play screwed up any hope for "epicness". None of the games were epic by any definition, but if you like early-game shenanigans (and I know I do), you'd be happy with several of these games.

When I say a protoss can abuse recalls, I meant AFTER they've already pushed out. If the terran leave enough units behind for recall purposes, then they're already screwed. The first attack the protoss doesn't really have to "win". You're making it sound like the protoss has to break the first push emphatically or something. At the time when Hiya pushed out, it was 4 base vs 2 base(Hiya's main was just mined out when he pushed). When the protoss have twice the economy, you can afford to lose a lot of units. You just can't lose the first battle so badly the terran can just a-move into your main. Which is what Movie did. yeah that's what pvt on colosseum comes down to, and why the map is balanced. Protoss has to do pretty damn well on the first attack to cut down the Terran army pretty drastically, or else the left over army + heavy vulture reinformcenet will you over. it's hard to recall vs a good terran after the push begins.
