It's not necessarily about rest as in like, physical rest that an athlete might want. There's the issue of momentum (which might be especially relevant in Savior's case), and also not diverting a player practicing the same matchup and map for possibly days in a row (especially seeing as how MSL is only playing 1 game this week). Plus, perhaps CJ doesn't want to show UpMagic ANYTHING about Savior's current ZvT playstyle.
Lastly, Colosseum is a pretty tough map for ZvT.
