Stork had center, where should Flash expo besides the two side temple expos? How should he push with fast vessel, do you remember how fast his facility was? and the dropships. His actual timing to push into Stork was sick. It was also supposed to end the game since the upgrades were timed to finish then. He had 3 attack, dunno about armor. Vulture Drop -> Slow Push, since Stork had templar+Mass units

there is no excuse for tempest losing that game except that he has horrible horrible decision making, which makes his wins over Jaedong that much more fucked. he was dominating after his +1 attack, which is just a stupidly good build, and instead of dealing with the immediate threat to him (the mutas) comfortably with his two archons and corsairs, which would have left him 3 base vs 3 base ready to roll his way to victory he makes the dumbass decision to counter. Jaedong lost to this kid with good mechanics but horrible decision making because this speedlot --> archon build is so fucking good that the slightest misstep by zerg and you are done. Even in this game had a few things gone microscopically differently (namely with Tempest focus firing something instead of running around not doing any permanent damage) , Juni could have lost a hatchery, his spire, etc. and Tempest would be astronomically ahead instead of just decently ahead like he was when he threw it away.

I'm arguing that after the failed DT attack he needed to build facts instead of the starport and facility. EDIT: I say this because Flash should have known that Stork was way behind economically because he knows the timings Plexa is arguing that because Flash DID build the facility and Starport, that he needed to expand quicker. He could have slow pushed to the closest gas expo and just camped there for awhile. Instead he went way too slow. So our arguments are just different ways Flash could have played the game

Instead he just slow played the game, and suffered as a result. My bad about the expansion thing...its kinda late and I didn't notice that. W/e I think that Flash was under enough pressure in the expansions that he had. I think he banked on his harassment being able to take out some of Stork's expos and it failed. Still a great game played by both parties.

What happened, as far as i can remember, was that Flash thought Stork had 3 base not 4 and overestimated the number of unit Stork had (i think he may have also expected 3 base arbiter, which is semi-popular). Of course this meant Flash slow played instead of agressively expandI think you guys underestimate how nice a position Stork had after the opening game. Oh man I completely agree. Not only should he not have countered, but instead of splitting out his zealots in a million directions, he should have gone for the Hydra den that was UNDOUBTEDLY at that point going for lurker tech. that or the spire. In the end he took down nothing and lost all his zealots. And then, yeah he threw away his archons while he had nothing to defend with in his main. I HAVE to assume that he thought that Juni was low on money and a ground army. But no, he wasn't - he had many hydras and lurkers to boot.
