Highlights
- We have the return of Canata, the hailed SKT1 Terran whose only good matchup is TvT. Good thing he's playing a TvT, because....
- SKT1 sends out a Zerg. S2 plays ZvP. Hopefully he'll play like all the other SKT1 Zergs, who have been playing poorly, but have been scraping wins.
- Another appearance of Fantasy and his revolutionary TvZ. I hope he plays standard and wins, because his mnm micro against GGplay was amazing.
- Best dominating
- Surprise appearances from red-hot Leta, Spear who?, Almost as good as his brother, and Snipin' Shine.

CANATAAAAA
Battle of the TvT beasts! I have to watch this.
(but then MVP is playing on the other stream... choices TT)
|
I hope SKT1 cheeses OGN 3-0 cause I have homework.

Canata/Leta is either going to be must better or much worse; Leta's going to play as well as MVP but Canata could play as well as Leta/MVP or as bad as Sair. We never know with him. I want Shudder_V_ to come back though. He was good.
Edit: Oh and Midas too. Heard he was pretty good in Proleague.
Edit2: If we're asking for stuff, I kinda want SKT1 to 3-0 everyone from now until the end of Proleague, and I guess I won't care who they send out.

Leta is more in shape right now than Canata

Comon SKT!!! Canata is a tvt specialist, so we got lucky there, although leta is a very solid player. Hopefully s2's zvp is better than his zvz >.> Spear doesn't have much experience so maybe we will get lucky. Fantasy vs yarnc will probably be the best game of the night. Best will roll the shit out of shine.
SKT1's job is to win one of the first 3. Past that I can't see BeSt losing to Shine, and I can't see SKT1 not sending out BeSt for Medusa (a p favored map), or Bisu, if he is back from whatever he was doing.

We never know with him. I want Shudder_V_ to come back though. He was good. What happened to Shudder anyway? I remember he got a lot of hype, then vanished. According to TLPD, his last game was in January, and Ctrl-F tells me he's not in any of the OSL offline groups, but he's also not retired. It's like he vanished off the face of the Earth or something.
About the match, I think the two most likely outcomes are OGN 3-0 or SKT 3-2.

If SKT plays like it should, an easy 3-0 or at least 3-1 here.
However, that probably wont happen.
Game 1 - The old Canata would win this no problem. His presence in the line up implies that he may actually be back in form, but I think the safe bet would be Leta taking this.
Leta > Canata
Game 2 - Spear is terrible, but I guess you could say the same thing about s2 <insert generic SKT zerg joke here> However, s2 is an SKT zerg that has actually managed to WIN a couple games! He has no televized games against Protoss, and Destination seems to be a slightly protoss flavored map, but I just dont like spear. Call me optomistic, but
Spear < s2
Game 3 - Yarnc has been doing well recently, and so has Fantasy. If both of these players show up to play, this should be the game of the night. This one is hard to call, but since Rush Hour 3 is a terran-ish map and I find Fantasy's play more impressive in general
YellOw[ArnC] < fantasy
Game 4 - I dont know anything at all about Shine, and I'm not even sure I have ever seen him play. His only recent PvT games have been in GOM against Jangbi, who he managed to beat once while loosing twice. Loosing to Jangbi certainly isn't bad though, and he did take one game. The map seems to also favor Terran over Protoss, though the sample size is incredibly small. I think that all of these things in Shine's favor will do him a whole lot of nothing though, as he is playing Best. Best should win this easily, though he did loose to a slumping Hwasin on this map. I didn't watch that game though, so I'm not sure what happened.
Shine < BeSt
Ace Match - If my predictions are correct so far, this wont happen, but if it does I have complete faith in SKT to take home the win. Medusa is a great map for PvT, and to a less extent PvZ. OGN is pretty much doomed here - I dont think Leta or Yarnc can beat Best/Bisu on this map. Last time this occurred Bisu pretty much dominated Yarnc, and I expect a repeat here. However, the map is also good for TvZ, and we could see Fantasy sent out, since OGN has no Protoss players that are viable ace choices. Yarnc would still loose. I can't remember if Bisu is in China still, but incase he is

Leta @ 7 and Canata @ 11.

"Another appearance of Fantasy and his revolutionary TvZ. I hope he plays standard and wins, because his mnm micro against GGplay was amazing." Yeah..no. Fantasy's like Lomo in TvZ. He plays great unorthodox methods, but his Mnm micro's not as good.

Leta 14cc and Canata standard.
|
Right finally got my stream to load.
Canata Brown T11. Leta Teal T7.
Both seem to have opened standard - except leta, who thorws down a CC instead of a fact.
|
Canata sends his scv the wrong direction, builds a fact to boot.
|
|
Leta starts his fact. Leta hasn't sent otu a scout yet, seems.
Double starport almost done for Canata.
|
2fac with 1 add-on for Leta
