WeMade is not worse than estro and damn sure not the worse team in proleague *cough ace* (forgivemeiloveyouboxercasyandanytime), but like estro they are not living up to their potential. roro is actually decent zvz and mind's tvp is pretty top-notch. definetly top 5 imo. also i love flash but free made a mistake making such a huge switch to carriers. idk lol

That is exactly what I think. Flash looks rather invulnerable in TvT, his TvP is aslo really strong while his TvZ looks vulnerable these days.
Also I was just guessing. Of curse if the match goes to ace there are other factors that matter, like performance on that particular date of each player.

Well, I said Khan because that's the team I root for, of course, it doesn't really matter the team. It's more about Flash no longer being "the ultimate weapon" because he has to deal with being the only great player on a team with no help and still must win. I mean, the kid's still in high school. i dont know jackshit about ZvZ but i know that expoing is very dangerous, espacially in neo requiem. 9-10 games are 1 base tech plays so yea i dunno wth he was thinking.

Luxury's zvp is bad compared to other top zergs and protosses, it is in and of itself, not terrible. His zvz and zvt are fantastic. LUXURY at the moment is not fantastic, his match ups have not changed, he is simply under performing. So this is not sick, its extremely worrisome. Mind's TvZ isn't as good as his TvP. In fact, I'd say it's his weakest matchup, despite his percentages.
Really? I must've picked the wrong games to watch then, because the few games I've seen him play, his TvZ looks better than his TvP.
Well, Mind has always been *kinda* inconsistent. His tvz has also improved a fair bit in the last few months, though its still weaker than his tvp, where he has fantastic timing. Though it might be better than his tvt, I haven't seen a lot of his tvt lately, so I cant say.

Idra's build makes just that much more sense now, 2 hatch muta vs the standard fast cc seems quite difficult to manage for terran..especially muta gods like july + lux :o

If they sit on 2rax with no tech for that long, and don't even make an attempt at being agressive, maybe. Spreading small groups of marines amongst a few turrets at min lines hasn't worked since before Blue Storm even.
Great series, glad to see Luxury redeem himself there. I still think 815 has huge potential to be a high-level Z, but he's always underperforming. Maybe with more appearances in the KTF lineup he can start to shine again.
2 hat Mutas seems more common these days , the terran either has to rush for SV or valkyrie or mech . Maybe thats why shit loads of terrans are doing mech builds more often .
Edit : having both Mind and Luxury in my fantasy PL team seems to be paying off .
i love how muta control has such a wide range of effectiveness, like in the hands of some players its just horrible, but luxury can just win with it despite a bad opening
also, unlucky flash owners see their 90% ace guy not get chosen, and since luxury won he probably will be selected more often in the future

I dont think any flash fans [me being one of them] are upset with this. We want the team to do well. Flash is a more well rounded ace. However, Luxury is extremely capable of pulling it out as well. Besides, Flash has always been overworked in KTF, this gives Flash the chance to focus on individual leagues, and Luxury the chance to repair his slightly bruised confidence.
minds tvz does not suck, it is very good 2 hat muta can make any terran look newbie if they arent 100% prepared for the first wave. if they find a hole before youve had the time to get up 6 turrets per base it all spirals out of control.
Stats looked pretty good in his game versus Mind. Yeah, he made a bunch of dumb mistakes and lost so many probes to vulture attacks, but there's definitely promise there. Loved the hallucinated recall.

i was excited that they didnt send out flash actually. they are working flash to teh teech basically. sending out another ace (other than hery) gives more guys chances to step up and show wht they have. luxury pulled through and im happy as hell. lets c how the do vs. estro

Yeah, I have both of them, so as long as they win I'm cool. KTF goes to ACE matches so often though they both seem like a good investment.
I wonder if Stats will remember to make enough cannons in his next PvT match, PROBABLY NOT! Other than that, Stats vs Mind was probably one of the best PvT matches of the year for sure.

Woohoo! It's been awhile since Yellow Arnc where all-in muta wins a game. I love Luxury's patience where he saved the badly damaged mutas for an all-out attack at the end.

If Mind's TvZ sucks then Flash's TvZ is somewhere near the bottom . Mind has a nice understanding of the TvZ MU he may not have the best MM micro in the Pro scene but his games sence in this MU is one of the best . I really doubt this, if mind got even 1 more turret ready at each base he would've done so much better, he just cut it too close.
I don't really see a trend here, it's still a risky strategy for zerg. To be honest the only one I know who pulls this off regularly is Luxury anyway.

"by always 3 hatching" 2 hat muta has been a threat since blue storm was made, and terrans have been aware of it and looking for unorthodox counter builds ever since. 1 rax fe is just fine vs it and terrans will continue to use it. not really sure what your point is unless a consistant counter build is found.
14 cc is fine vs 2 hatch muta btw, you can afford to go overboard on turrets and get really fast +1 weapon and then just roll them.
I just watched the games and one thing kept bugging me. In the ace match, did Mind forget to make valks? There was a period of about 20 seconds where his armory was done and had one of the starports ready with its control tower attached. He only started making his first valk once Lux's mutas went backdoor and raped him. Could have been a supply mistake, but that's unlikely. Anyone noticed it?
