I don't know if anyone cares, but it's a pretty big shock that both the Korean WoW teams lost in the first round.
A glimmer of hope for us foreigners when SC2 comes out.

Yeah, if SC2 requires as much luck as WoW anyone can win.

Donno if that's why Koreans didn't win but whatever.

Theres not much luck in wow arena. 50% team composition, 30% stuff and 20% skill. High ranked match can be really intense and hard to play.

btw, we've got and really nice match up for the final, lets send good wave to the Maestro (by yelling "SAVIOR FIGHTIN§§§" in front of a comp, hope the neighbour will get pissed).

It has been said 1504528 times, but its good to see how blizzard takes care of their fans.

Ive seen many people that play WoW Arena for fun think it's a bad esports because it's bascially totally random. I myself am clueless.

Well the 3v3 arena format requires lots of skill.

It's the arena in game that's bollocks. You need to play SO much to get good enough gear to compete, then you need to find 2 friends who are like-minded who also have literally MONTHS of time to waste. You also need to make sure your friends play exact classes that happen to compliment yours (bear in mind any patch could fuck this up and you have to reroll!). Then you need to play really lame and wait for times when weaker teams play, wait if you find a team that has better gear than you etc...

If there was a WoW arena game where you could just play any class and choose from a pool of equal gear it would be very cool.

Edit: I just remember one of the teams at Blizzon is called "selective queuers" haha.

I remember an MMORPG called "Dofus", where all of the battle was turn based and tactical. There was pvp, but it was totally who had the higher level/gear.
They made "Dofus-arena", totally pvp. Its like WoW arena, only turn based, all you control all of the characters.

...Random story, but interesting.

So, is there only one viable BO for each race in wc3?

Pro WC3 is quite fun to watch, but I think the game is boring as hell to play.
Is there any other stream than the one at the blizzcon page? Video is too small to see what's happening. TT

Depends on the matchup. Some matchups have more available builds.

The claws of attack helped a tiny bit, but really Lyn won by denying tech and some better positioning and micro.

Except they hardly ever expo, they keep their foodcount at 49 on purpose to buy a lot of items, and you only see their base for 1.5 seconds and unless you play WC3 enough to know wtf those buildings are.
